Blackbird Artisan Bakery operates from the former Warden’s Cafeteria and Amenities, just near the main gates in John Street.
It’s the perfect spot for morning tea or cake and coffee before you explore behind the walls. If you happen to escape, have lunch before you abscond.
Blackbird Artisan Bakery is open 6 days a week;
Breakfast and Lunch – Tuesday to Friday 6am to 4pm and Saturday and Sunday 8am to 4pm
Dinner – Friday and Saturday nights from 6pm onwards
Blackbird Artisan Bakery is also ideal for groups, catering for up to 90. Bus Groups are welcome by appointment. Several function options are available and we have a special Dinner and Tour package for Groups of 25 or more.
